What Exactly is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?

Our IOP Program aims to help clients reintegrate into everyday life while retaining some guardrails and strengthening their recovery through skill-building and therapy.

The IOP program at Pacific Beach is for clients stepping down from our PHP program. In this stage of treatment, clients are encouraged to seek employment or go back to school. Clients attend group therapy for 3 hours a day 5 days a week, with more flexibility when they attend.
